Located near a beautiful city, this hotel is perfect for those looking for an economical stay. The hotel's availability on short notice was a lifesaver for our Easter plans. The onsen was relaxing and worth a visit.
The elevators were often full and we couldn't find a safe staircase. we couldn't find a master light switch and had to turn off the lights by taking out the key control.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the train station and the lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was tasty, and the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained.
